摘要
'乡村振兴战略'为我国农村体育公共服务的升级发展带来了机遇。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析了当前制约我国农村体育公共服务发展的主要因素,分析了其规模扩大、质量提升和效率促进之路径。研究认为,政府职能缺失、运行制度缺陷等管理体制的制约,基础配置、经费投入、专业人才配备等发展不平衡的矛盾,以及供给方式单一、信息渠道不畅等因素是制约我国农村体育公共服务升级的根本因素。创新管理、健全配置、改革治理、升级交流是我国农村体育公共服务升级的主要途径。
'Rural Revitalization Strategy'has brought opportunities for the upgrading and development of rural sports public services in China.The main factors that restrict the development of rural sports public service in China are analyzed by means of literatures and logic analysis,and the path of scale expansion,quality improvement and efficiency promotion is analyzed.The research holds that the management system,such as the lack of government functions and the defects of the operating system,the basic allocation,the investment and the staffing of the professional personnel unbalance,the unitary supply mode and the poor information channel,are the fundamental factors that restricted the upgrading of the public service in rural areas.The main ways to upgrade the rural sports public service are to innovate the administration,fully configuring the resource,reforming the governance and upgrading the communication.
