摘要
目的介绍公立医院经济运行纵向评价体系的构建方法及具体应用。方法依据沃尔综合评分法原理,采用定量的方法构建医院经济运行纵向评价体系。结果通过实施公立医院经济运行纵向评价,科学全面客观的对医院经济运行状况进行纵向分析,并提出改进措施。结论公立医院经济运行纵向评价体系作为一项重要的经济管理手段,对于实现公立医院社会效益与经济效益的对立统一,提高医院财务管理水平具有重要意义。
Objective To introduce the construction method and special application of economical operation vertical evaluation system in the public hospital. Methods The economical operation vertical evaluation system was constructed by the quantified method according to the Wall comprehensive scoring system. Results The hospital economical operation was given the vertical analysis scientifically, objectively and comprehensively by implementing the economical operation vertical evaluation system in the public hospital and the improvement measures were put forwards. Conclusion The economic operation vertical evaluation system in the public hospital, as an important economical management means, is of important significance to realizing the unity of opposites of social benefits and economic benefits and improving the hospital financial management level.
