摘要
作为系统论的新发展,耗散结构理论主要研究一个系统从无序向有序、从低序向高序转化的机理、条件和规律。在简要介绍耗散结构理论的基础上,重点讨论了企业管理系统中的耗散结构特征以及它对企业管理的启示。
The theory of dissipative structure is an updated theory about system, which mainly researches the condition, the mechanism and the law of a systematic evolution from disorder to order. There exists a dissipative structure in an enterprise system. Based on the introduction of its basic viewpoint, the features of the dissipative structure in an enterprise management system are discussed and its effects on enterprise management are also presented.
