摘要
20世纪 80年代以来 ,信息技术对人类文明的影响超过了其他任何高新技术 ,信息化正成为经济增长的重要驱动力。信息化水平的测算始于 2 0世纪 6 0年代 ,可以说一些理论模型或方法目前已比较成熟 。
Since 1980s, information technology has exerted greater influnce on human civilization than other new and high technologies exerted. It is being the important driving force to promote the economic growth. Starting from 1960s, informationization level measurement has produced. Nowadays, some theories, models or methods have reached fair muturity. A number of measurement methods have been adopted by various countries in the world.
