摘要
现代教育的一个很重要的观念转变就是由“选拔适合教育的学生”转为“创造适合学生的教育”。教育要“适合学生”必须确立学生的主体地位,坚持以人——学生发展为本的人本教育观。从而树立一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切的教学观念。
There is an important concept change in the modern education ideology, i.e., we have to shift our idea from 搒electing students who fit in the education system?to 揷reating an education system that applies to students? In order to 揳pply to 攕tudents, the education system must ensure students?position as the subject, and insist on the human-based education ideology with students as the ultimate factor. Thus setting up the teaching ideology that we should do everything for students, for all of them, and for their all.
