摘要
[目的]观察针灸联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将66例住院患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组33例吞咽训练,35min/d,2次/d。治疗组33例针灸联合吞咽训练。针灸取穴:百会、金津、玉液、廉泉、风池(双侧)、翳风(双侧)、哑门;15min/次,1次/d。吞咽训练治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈10例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%。对照组治愈3例,有效20例,无效9例,总有效率69.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the acupuncture and swallowing training treatment the curative effect of swallowing disorder after stroke.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,66 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic order number can be divided into two groups. Control group 33 cases treated with simple swallowing training,2 times/d,35 min/d. Treatment group(33 cases treated with acupuncture combined swallowing training. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,1/d. Will find out:best,Jin Jin,nectar,CV 23,wind pool(bilateral),yifeng(bilateral),ya men. Swallowing training treatment with the control group. For 2weeks to 1 treatment course of treatment. Observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. For 2 course of treatment,judge curative effect[.Results]The treatment group,10 cases were cured,effective 21 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 93.94%. The control group,3 were cured,20 cases effectively,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 69.70%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Acupuncture and swallowing training has the significant effect of swallowing disorder after stroke,curative effect is superior to pure swallowing training,worthy of promotion of use.
