摘要
目的制定中风后吞咽障碍中医康复标准化诊疗方案。方法文献检索分析,形成具有证据等级的诊疗方案草案,通过德尔菲法进行2~3轮专家调查,形成一致的专家意见,通过与临床医生、患者与其他主要核心利益相关者进行共识会议,最终确定中风后吞咽障碍标准化诊疗方案。结果文献检索发现中医康复治疗具有优势,针刺与推拿疗效优于单纯使用现代康复技术,其证据级别较高;专家对中风后吞咽障碍诊疗方案集中于针刺、推拿、康复功能训练、基础护理方案。结论最终形成的中风后吞咽障碍中医康复诊疗方案标准化初稿仍在临床实践中,在应用的过程中逐渐更新,这是中风后吞咽障碍中医康复诊疗技术标准化制定的一条有益途径。
Objective To exploer a standardized Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment scheme for dysphagia after stroke. Methods The analysis of literatures retrieval, the draft form a level of evidence therapeutic regimen, through the Delphi method 2-3 rounds of expert investigation, form consistent with the expert opinion, the final standardized diagnosis and treatment plan of dysphagia after stroke would be ultimately formed through consensus meetings with clinicians, patients and other key stakeholders. Results Literature retrieval showed rehabilitation treatment of TCM had certain advantage, the effect of acupuncture and massage, which is a higher level of evidence, is better than simply using modern rehabilitation technology. Conclusion The final standardized draft of rehabilitation treatment plan for dysphagia after stroke is still in clinical practice and is gradually updated in the process of application. It is the beneficial attempt to search for an effective way was to build standardized guide lines for rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
