摘要
目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的水平变化及意义。方法选取2017年1月1日至2019年12月22日同时做Hcy和NSE检测的人群作为研究对象,其中57例AIS患者作为观察组,同期健康体检人群60例作为对照组,比较两组Hcy和NSE水平;依颈动脉狭窄程度和神经功能缺损程度将观察组分为轻、中、重度颈动脉狭窄组和轻、中、重度神经功能缺损组,分别比较三组的Hcy和NSE水平。结果观察组的Hcy、NSE水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻、中度颈动脉狭窄组AIS患者Hcy、NSE水平均显著低于重度颈动脉狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻、中度颈动脉狭窄组AIS患者Hcy、NSE水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻、中度神经功能缺损组AIS患者Hcy、NSE水平均显著低于重度神经功能缺损组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻、中度神经功能缺损组AIS患者Hcy、NSE水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Hcy和NSE水平检测能够快速诊断出急性缺血性脑卒中患者,并通过水平变化区分患者神经功能受损程度、动脉狭窄程度,为临床治疗方案制定提供量化依据,帮助医师提升治疗质量,进一步促使患者康复,因此Hcy、NSE水平检测可纳入急性缺血性脑卒中患者的诊断依据中。
Objective To explore the level changes and significance of homocysteine(Hcy)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Hcy and NSE tests from January 1,2017 to 22december 2019 included 57 AIS patients and 60 in the same period compared Hcy and NSE levels;the two groups were light,moderate and severe carotid stenosis and mild,moderate and severe neurological defects,comparing Hcy and NSE levels of the three groups.Results The Hcy,NSE levels were significantly higher than in the control group,Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Hcy,NSE levels were significantly lower in AIS in mild and moderate carotid stenosis than in severe carotid stenosis,Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),Hcy,NSE levels in AIS patients in the mild and moderate carotid stenosis group,No difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);Hcy,NSE levels in the mild and moderate neurological groups were significantly lower than in the severe neurological group,Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),Compared with Hcy,NSE levels in AIS patients with mild and moderate neurological deficit groups,Differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Hcy and NSE level detection can quickly diagnose patients with acute ischemic stroke,and distinguish the degree of neurological damage and arterial stenosis,provide quantitative basis for clinical treatment plan,help doctors to improve the quality of treatment,and further promote patient rehabilitation,so Hcy,NSE level detection can be included in the diagnosis basis of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
