摘要
采用平面应变假设,建立了线性硬化板材的弹塑性弯曲弯矩及回弹分析模型,给出了卸载前后板材曲率半径之间的定量关系。该模型在弯矩计算中考虑了弹性变形区的大小与板材中性层曲率半径之间的关系。研究结果表明,当曲率半径较大时,弯矩随曲率半径按近似抛物线的规律变化;曲率半径较小时,弯矩随曲率半径按近似双曲线的规律变化。将所提出的分析模型与目前普遍采用的模型进行对比分析,指出了普遍采用的模型在适用范围上的不足。提出的回弹分析模型的预测值与实验结果吻合较好,特别是在进行小曲率弯曲回弹分析预测时具有优势。
A theoretical analysis model was developed for the bending moment and springback of the elasto-plastic bending of linear hardening sheet metal under plane strain hypothesis,and the quantitative relation of the sheet curvature radii before and after unloading was given.In the bending moment calculation of the proposed model,the relation of elastic deformation zone size and the curvature radius of neutral layer was considered.The research results indicate that when curvature radius is large,the bending moment shows a trend of approximate parabolic curve with respect to curvature radius;when the curvature radius is small,the bending moment shows a trend of approximate hyperbolic curve with respect to curvature radius.By comparing the newly developed model with the currently widely-used springback model,the drawback concerning the scope of application was pointed out for the widely-used springback model.The prediction value of the proposed model for springback analysis has good agreement with the experimental results,especially for the springback prediction of the sheet metal with small bending curvature.
