摘要
回弹是板料冲压成形过程中一种常见但很难解决的现象,在U形件成形中回弹更加明显。模具补偿法是实际生产中常用的控制U形弯曲件回弹的方法,该方法的使用目前仅仅停留在经验的层次上,很少有文章从理论上对该方法做出阐述。根据回弹理论,推导了小型U形件弯曲时,模具补偿半径与弯曲凸模圆角半径之间近似的计算公式,并且运用商业有限元分析软件Dynaform对该公式进行了可行性分析。分析结果表明所介绍的计算公式合理,对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。
Spring-back is a phenomena which is more ordinary but difficult to resolve, especially in U-part blank stamping forming. The modle compensatation method is usually used to control the spring-back of U-part in practical manufacture process. The modle compensatation method , which has been by analyzed in theory few articles, is only used in experience level. According to the spring-back theory, the formula that indicates the approximate relation of model compensatation radius and punch radius was introduced in mini U - part bend forming, and its feasibility was also analysed under the FEM commercial software dynaform in mini U-part bend forming. The analysed results indicate that this formule is reasonable and can guide the production to some extent.
