摘要
油箱箍带冲压件为典型的U形冲压件,其截面线为多个大曲率半径圆弧相切连接而成,冲压成形后回弹明显。为了解决回弹后导致的冲压负角问题,分别采用底面圆弧和弹性校正弯曲两种方法设计相应模具,并进行实验研究。通过分析,发现两者均能很好地解决冲压负角问题,但前者设计的模具结构复杂、制造成本高、计算繁琐,而后者设计的模具结构简单、弹性零件更换灵活,同时发现前者导致的回弹形式比后者也更加复杂,因此解决冲压负角时建议首选弹性校正弯曲法。此外,研究中使用了三维扫描技术,实现了各冲压角度的快速对比和评测。
The fuel tank strap is a typical U-shaped stamping part,and its section line is connected with multiple curves of large curvature radius,so the springback is obvious after stamping. In order to solve stamping negative angle caused by springback,the dies were designed respectively by bottom surface arc method and elastic correction bending method,and corresponding experiments were conducted.Then,the stamping negative angle problems were well solved by analyzing these two methods. Therefore,the former was designed with complex structure,high manufacturing cost and tedious calculation,and the latter was designed with simple structure and the elastic parts could be flexibly changed. Meanwhile,it was found that the former caused a more complex form of springback than that of the latter.Thus,it is suggested that the elastic correction bending method is preferred to solve stamping negative angle. In addition,the rapid comparison and evaluation of each stamping negative angle were realized by three-dimensional scanning technology.
