摘要
为了观察复方过氧化氢消毒剂的性能,用悬液定量杀菌试验和化学测定法对其杀菌效果和稳定性进行了实验。结果,复方过氧化氢消毒剂于54℃贮存14d,含量下降率为1.69％;含10g/L过氧化氢的该消毒剂溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭率均达100％;加入1.5g/L碘化钾增效后,用含1g/L过氧化氢该溶液对上述三种菌作用10min杀灭率亦可达100％;含5g/L过氧化氢和0.75g/L碘化钾复方溶液作用30min,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。结果说明,复方过氧化氢消毒剂比较稳定,具有良好的杀菌效果,碘化钾对过氧化氢有明显增效作用。
In order to observe the properties of compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide, suspension quantitative germicidal test and chemical method were used to examine its germicidal efficacy and stability. The results indicated that the hydrogen peroxide content decreased by 1.69% after storing the compound disinfectant at 54℃ for 14 days. The disinfectant solution containing hydrogen peroxide 10 g / L with a 10 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension. After adding 1.5 g/ L potassium iodide for potentiating the efficacy, the solution containing hydrogen peroxide 1 g/ L with a 10 min contact time also could kill 100% of the above 3 microorganisms. The compound disinfectant solution containing hydrogen peroxide 5 g / L and potassium iodide 0.75 g / L with a 30 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. It is indicated that the compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide is relatively stable, has good germicidal efficacy, and its efficacy can be potentiated significantly by potassium iodide.
