摘要
为了解菌力克消毒粉杀菌效果与腐蚀性 ,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀性试验。结果 ,以含有效氯2 0 0 0mg/L的该消毒剂对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 2 0min ,含有效氯 30mg/L的该溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用 10min和 3min ,含有效氯 2 0mg/L的该溶液对白色念珠菌作用 10min ,杀灭率均为 10 0 %。含有效氯 15 0 0mg/L的该消毒剂溶液对不锈钢片上乙型肝炎表面抗原作用 30min ,可将其抗原性破坏。含有效氯2 0 0 0mg/L的消毒剂溶液对不锈钢无腐蚀、对铝、铜有轻度腐蚀 ,对碳钢有中度腐蚀。结论 ,菌力克消毒粉具有高效杀菌作用 ,对金属有腐蚀性。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of Jun-Li-Ke disinfection powder, carrier quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosive test were carried out. Results: The killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L for 20 min, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 30 mg/L for 10 min and 3 min respectively and Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 20 mg/L for 10 min were 100%. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 1500 mg/L with a 30 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel coupon. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L was not corrosive to stainless steel, slightly corrosive to aluminum and copper and moderately corrosive to carbon steel. Conclusion: Jun-Li-Ke disinfection powder has highly effective germicidal action and is corrosive to metals.
