摘要
课程改革是教育领域中一个永恒的话题。课程改革经常遭到作为改革实践者——教师的阻抗。阻抗的因素既有来自习惯的惰性、知识的缺失 ,也有利益的担忧与体制的滞后 ,以及人际关系的失调等等。消除教师对课程改革的阻抗需要树立以教师为本的改革观、营造改革的浓烈氛围、建立与健全吸纳教师参与的课程改革的决策与激励机制 ,革新教师培训模式。
Curriculum reform is an eternal topic in educational field. It usually meets with teachers' resistance. The resistant factors are habitual sloth, lack of knowledge, worry of benefit, obstruction of the old educational system, imbalance of social interaction, etc. Eliminating teachers' resistance demands that we should view teachers as the key factor, form thick and strong reforming atmosphere, establish and perfect the mechanism of curriculum decision, encourage with teachers' participation, and also reform teacher's training mode.
