摘要
目的系统地综述微乳的形成机理、结构类型和理论、处方组成 ,在药剂学领域的应用以及存在的问题。方法对近期国内外的文献报道进行检索、分类和整理。
Objective To introduce systematically microemulsions,the mechanisms of the formation,the classification and theories of the microstructure,the formulation, the application of microemulsions as a vehicle of the drug delivery system in pharmaceutics and the problems existed accordingly.Methods To consult and classify recent journals and books at home and abroad,and make integration.Results and Conclusions Microemulsions shall have a very good prospect in pharmaceutics.
