摘要
目的:系统地综述微乳的形成机理、结构类型和理论、处方组成,在药剂学领域的应用以及存在的问题。方法:对近期国内外的文献报道进行检索、分类和整理。结果与结论:微乳制剂在药剂学领域将有较好的应用前景,利用微乳载药系统的优势,开发中药微乳新制剂,可望解决中药剂型存在的某些问题。
Objectives ：Microemulison is reviewed as a new vehicle of the drug delivery, system in phal-maccutics. The application and the problem of microemulsion are also discussed, Method ： To focus on microemulsion, conduct a thorough search of the literature recently, and make systematic reviews. Results and conclusions ： Microemulsions have good prospect in pharmaceutic.
