基于STM32的控温微乳液相图自动化检测系统的研究

摘要 目前在微乳液相图制备实验中,主要采用恒温水浴锅和人工滴定的方式完成实验。实验相关数据和相变判断需要肉眼观察和借助其他外部工具完成,实验过程比较繁琐,相变点位置判断不够精确。为了提高微乳液相图检测实验的效率和相变点的精确度,使用STM32F103VET6芯片和Winform框架设计研发控温微乳液相图自动化检测装置控制系统。系统实现自动化实验流程,可调恒温实验环境,使用多种传感器采集实验数据用于判断相变。实验结果表明,自动化检测装置与传统实验方式相比,能有效提高实验效率和判断相变点的准确度。同时装置能够保存单次实验的数据,方便研究人员分析和复现。 At present,in the experiment of microemulsion phase diagram preparation,constant temperature water bath and manual titration are used to complete the experiment.The relevant experimental data and the judgment of phase transition need the naked eye observation and other external tools.The experimental process is cumbersome,and the judgment of phase transition point is not accurate enough.In order to improve the efficiency of microemulsion phase diagram detection experiment and the accuracy of phase transition point,stm32f103vet6 chip and Win-Form framework are used to design the control system of thermostatic microemulsion phase diagram automatic detection device.The system realizes automatic experimental process,adjustable constant temperature experimental environment,and uses a variety of sensors to collect experimental data to assist in judging phase transition.The experimental results show that the automatic detection device improves the experimental efficiency and the accuracy of phase transition point judgment compared with the traditional experimental method.At the same time,the device can save the data of a single experiment,which is convenient for researchers to analyze and use.
