摘要
当代教育的诸种问题,归结起来,中心乃是个体成人理想的迷失,也就是对教育究竟培养什么样的人的问题的思考匮乏。本文力求在对教育的理性审视与诗性观照相结合的基础上,探寻生命的整全之道与整全性教育的内在路径。个体发展的整体性,或者个体生命成长的内在整合之道,首先体现为个体成长的过程性与阶段性,即不同阶段拥有不同目标,彼此之间既有差异,又有呼应,同一阶段不同要素有机组合、相互促进,由此而形成个体渐进发展、自我提升、逐步朝向整全的发展态势。我们探究一种整全性的教育理想或理念的根本意义,就是激励教育人内心之中对现实中尚不存在的教育之完善性的渴望,也即激活热爱教育的心灵。
The problems of current education all come from the confusion of how an individual grow up,in the other word what kind of people are going to be prepared.This article tris to explore the way of pursuing life’s wholeness and the wholeness of education.The individual’s comprehensive development,or inner life growth go through a process and several phases and different phase has different goals.These goals should be different yet consistent.The elements in the same phase combine and improve mutually,and produce an individual development trend that gradually progress,develop,and continue to achieve wholeness.The fundamental significance for us to investigate educational ideology of wholeness is to encourage the desire to the wholeness of education that doesn’t exist yet,and to inspire the love of education.
