摘要
"创新驱动发展战略"是新时期我国重大发展战略之一,其核心是人才,重点是创新型人才培养。本研究针对当前我国高校创新人才培养实验班学生选拔评价中存在的问题,引入胜任力模型,通过对高校创新型人才的行为事件访谈(BEI),构建起由4个一级指标和15个二级指标组成的本科创新人才选拔评价体系,并以Z大学经管类创新实验班学生选拔评价为例,验证模型的有效性。本文通过引入胜任力模型,使高校创新人才选拔评价更为全面、客观和准确,具有重要的借鉴与推广意义。
Cultivating innovative minds is crucial to the Strategy of Innovation-driven Development adopted by China. Byreviewing the issues of candidates' selection for experimental classes of innovative talents at universities in China and introducing the competency model,this paper proposes a framework for selecting innovative and talented undergraduates,with four first-level indicators and fourteen second-level indicators,which are based on behavioral event interview( BEI) on cultivating innovative talents at universities. Then,it is tested with the case of talented students in the Experimental Class of Economics at Z University and proves to be helpful for selecting innovative talents at universities in a comprehensive,objective and effective way.
