摘要
从古典大学到现代大学,大学已不再是一个统一的、一致的、高度同质化的学术组织,大学的地位与作用、教师群体、学生群体、管理群体、知识生产模式、治理方式等发生着深刻变革,现代大学出现了与古典大学不同的组织形态。
Developed from classical universities,the modern university is no longer a united,consistent and highly homogenized academic organization.Profound changes are taking place in terms of the status and function of universi ties,teachers,students,administrators,as well as the production mode of knowl edge and governance pattern.Therefore,a different organizational form for mod ern universities has come into being compared to that of classical universities.
