摘要
目的了解六安市某县青少年自伤行为的流行现状,探讨父母教养方式对青少年自伤行为的影响,从而为青少年自伤行为的防治提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取四所中学的青少年作为研究对象,采用父母养育方式量表进行调查,分析父母养育方式对青少年自伤行为的影响。结果本次研究共调查青少年2349人,年龄段在11~22岁,1~2次自伤行为检出率32.8%,3次及以上自伤行为检出率27.7%。父母养育方式上,母亲方面,母亲情感温暖理解、过度干涉、保护,拒绝、否认,惩罚、严厉,偏试被爱评分有差别且组间比较均有差异(P<0.05);父亲方面,父亲情感温暖理解、惩罚、严厉,过分干涉,偏爱被试,拒绝否认、过度保护评分不同且组间比较均有差异(P<0.05)。结论青少年发生自伤行为与父母养育方式有关联,父母惩罚严厉、过分干涉保护的青少年较易产生不同程度的自伤行为。父母应该多加强与子女的沟通,了解心理健康,学校应该加强对学生的心理疏导,开展心理咨询活动。
Objective To understand the prevalence of self-injury behaviors among adolescents in a county of Lu’an City,and to explore the influence of parenting styles on adolescents’self-injury behavior,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of adolescents’self-injury behavior.Methods Using a stratified cluster sampling method to extract adolescents from four middle schools as research subjects.The parental rearing method scale was used to investigate the influence of parental rearing style on adolescent self-injury behavior.Results A total of 2349 young people were surveyed in this study,aged from 11 to 22 years old.The detection rate of self-injury behavior was 32.8%for 1 to 2 times,and 27.7%for self-injury behaviors of 3 times and above.In terms of parenting style,on the aspect of mother,the scores of mother’s emotional warm understanding,excessive interference and protection,rejection and denial,punishment and severe,preference for subjects were different between groups(P<0.05).On the aspect of father,the scores of emotional warm understanding,punishment and severe,excessive interference,preference for subjects,refusal and deny,excessive protection are differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The behavior of self-injury in adolescents is related to parental rearing style.The adolescents with severe parental punishment and excessive interference in protection are more likely to produce self-injury behavior in varying degrees.Parents should strengthen communication with their children,understand their mental health,and schools should strengthen psychological dredging,carrying out psychological consultation activities.
