摘要
目的了解医学院校学生抑郁情绪与父母教养方式的关系,为提高医学院校学生心理健康提供参考依据。方法2017年1~3月对北京市某医学院校学生抑郁情况与父母教养方式进行问卷调查,分析5798名医学院校学生抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与父母教养方式量表(EMBU)评分的关系。结果在控制与因变量抑郁评分有关的一般人口学变量后,发现得到父亲情感温暖、理解,惩罚、严厉,过度干涉,拒绝、否认,过度保护五个维度系数分别为-0.285,0.524,0.470,0.975,0.767;母亲情感温暖、理解,过度保护、过度干涉,拒绝、否认,惩罚、严厉四个维度系数分别为-0.278,0.283,0.726,0.646(均P<0.01)。结论父母情感温暖、理解有助于成年期子女心理健康,而惩罚、严厉,过度干涉,过度保护及拒绝、否认等对成年期子女抑郁情绪影响较大。在医学院校学生的抑郁情绪筛查及辅导工作中,学生的父母教养方式应得到更多关注。
Objective To understand the relationship between depression of medical students and parenting style and provide evidence for improving medical school students′ mental health. Methods From January to March 2017, a questionnaire survey was conducted on depression and parenting styles among medical students in Beijing. The relationship between Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) score and Egna Minnen Betr?ffende Uppfostran for Children(EMBU) score was analyzed among 5798 medical students. Results After controlling the general demographic variables related to the dependent variable depression score, it was found that the father′ s emotional warmth, understanding,punishment, severeness, excessive interference, rejection, denial, and excessive protection five dimensional coefficients were-0.285, 0.524, 0.470, 0.975, 0.767, respectively;mother′ s emotional warmth, understanding, overprotection,excessive interference, rejection, denial, punishment, and severe four dimensional coefficients were-0.278, 0.283,0.726, 0.646, respectively(all P < 0.01). Conclusion More attention is required to pay on parenting style when consulting a depressive medical student.
