摘要
本文批判地借鉴国家有机体理论,基于反映一国疆界相对大小的拉策尔系数研究疆界的扩缩机理。研究表明:一国物理疆界、国家有机体系数及他国拉策尔系数的变动,会通过边界效应机制、涵化效应机制、溢出效应机制、示范效应机制和极化效应机制影响一国疆界和势力范围的扩缩;疆界扩缩的表现形式正向利益互嵌等更高级形式演变。因此,疆界扩缩机理既对国家成长和边疆安全具有重要意义,又为构建"人类命运共同体"提供了理论依据。
By criticizing the national organic theory,this paper studies the expansion and contraction mechanisms of frontiers based on'Ratzel coefficient'which presents the relative size of a state frontier.The study shows that variations of a physical frontier and national organic coefficient,as well as other states’'Ratzel coefficient'can expand or contract the state frontier and sphere of influence through the mechanisms of border effect,acculturation effect,spillover effect,demonstration effect and polarization effect.The manifestations have been evolved to advanced ones containing mutual interest embedding.Therefore,the mechanisms not only have important theoretical and practical significances,but also provide a theoretical illustration to'human destiny community'.
