摘要
目前,将莲子从莲蓬中剥离出来,都是采用手工完成,效率非常低。为此,设计了一种莲子剥蓬机,加工效率高,极大地减轻了劳动强度。由于莲子本身比莲蓬的蜂窝状结构更硬,在将莲蓬的蜂窝状结构破碎的同时,莲子本身并不会损伤,利用莲子和莲蓬的结实度有很大差异这个特点,使用钢丝轮将莲蓬先破碎,再将破碎的莲蓬与莲子通过带齿滚轮进行分离,从而达到剥蓬的目的。试验结果表明:该机作业性能稳定,剥蓬率、损伤率和生产率平均值分别为100%、2.59%和109.02kg/h,满足农艺要求,适用于莲蓬的机械化作业。
At present,the lotus seeds are stripped out of the lotus canopy and are all done by manual labor.The efficiency is very low.In view of this situation,a kind of Lotus seed stripping machine is designed in this paper,which has high processing efficiency and greatly reduces labor intensity.Since the lotus itself is harder than the Honeycomb structure of the lotus plant,the lotus plant itself will not be damaged while breaking the Honeycomb structure of the lotus plant,and there is a great difference in the strength of the lotus plant and the lotus plant.The use of steel wire wheels to break the lotus plant first,The broken Lotus leaf and Lotus seed are separated by a toothed roller to achieve the purpose of stripping.The experimental results show that the operating performance of the machine is stable,and the average peeling rate,damage rate and productivity are 100%,2.59%and 109.02 kg/h,respectively,which meet the requirements of agronomy and are suitable for mechanical operation of Lotus plant.
