摘要
建立了莲子受静态正压力的有限元分析模型,设定了短轴方向加载集中力、加载均布的线载荷、加载一定区域内的面载荷3种受力工况,对莲子在该3种工况下的应力、应变情况进行分析计算。分析结果表明,最佳脱壳的施力方式是在莲子短轴方向加载沿长轴均布的线载荷,这时莲子的应力、应变分布有一定方向性,有利于裂纹扩展,使莲子有效脱壳,从而为脱壳设备的研制提供了参考依据。
The finite element model of lotus seed loaded by static normal pressure was set up. The stress-strain at three different load situations including loading force at point, line and surface towards short axis was analyzed. The conclusion indicated that the linear load distributed evenly along long axis towards short axis of lotus seed was optimal. At that situation, the trend of stress-strain distribution was beneficial for extending cracks, therefore, threshing efficiently. The device for cracking to extract the whole fragile kernel from the seed could be developed on the basis of previous analysis.
