摘要
目的:评价补肾活血法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:检索所有关于补肾活血法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照试验。由2名评价者独立对纳入的文献进行数据提取后,用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:按照规定的文献检索方式,最终纳入16篇文献,研究中共纳入患者1500例,分析结果显示:补肾活血法与其他治法比较,其总有效率[OR=4. 36,95%CI (3. 09,6. 16)],P <0. 00001,两者差异具有统计学意义。同时,在改善VAS评分、ODI指数、JOA评分等方面差异均有统计学差异。绘制倒漏斗图,结果显示倒漏斗图对称性不佳,提示存在一定发表偏倚。结论:在治疗腰椎间盘突出症时,补肾活血法更能显著缓解疼痛,改善功能活动,但仍需高质量的临床研究进一步验证。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tonifying kideny and activating blood method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:All randomized controlled trials of tonifying kideny and activating blood therapy for lumbar disc herniation were searched.The data of the included literature was extracted independently by 2 reviewers.Meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software.Results:According to the literature retrieval method,16 articles were finally included.A total of1500 patients were included in the study.The results showed that the total effective rate of tonifying kideny and activating blood method was better[OR=4.36,95%CI(3.09,6.16)]and the difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.00001).At the same time,there were significant differences in improving VAS score,ODI index and JOA score.The funnel plot was drawn.The result showed that the funnel plot’s symmetry was not good,indicating there was a publication bias.Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the method of tonifying kideny and activating blood can significantly alleviate pain and improve functional activity,but it still needs a high quality clinical study to further verify.
