摘要
采用反相液相色谱法测定食品中的 β 胡萝卜素含量 ,Nova parkC1 8柱 ,纯甲纯为流动相 ,流速 1 8ml/min ,柱温 4 0℃ ,波长 4 50nm ,外标法测定。方法平均回收率 98 3,RSD=3 0 % (n =5) ,线性范围 1~ 4 2 μg/ml。
A reversed-phase HPLC method has been proposed for the determination of β-carotene in food.The column was Nova-park C 18 ,molile phase was methanol,at a flow-rate of 1.8 ml/min,wavelength was 450 nm and column temperature was 40 ℃.The averge recovery of the method was 98.3%,RSE was 3.0%(n=5)and the lincar range was 1~42 μg/ml.
