摘要
鸡胚蛋是在一定温度下经一定时间孵化的鸡蛋,是一种流传于民间的高效药用食品,其维生素E的含量较高。关于维生素E的测定国内外已有报道。有的测定药物制剂中的维生素E,有的测定血液中的维生素E,G. T. Vatassery还对四种维E的异构体进行了分离。本文采用非水反相高效液相色谱法测定了鸡胚蛋罐头食品原料中的维生素E,方法灵敏、简便、快速、重现性好。
This paper describes a rapid, sensitive and reproducible procedure for the determination of vitamin E in ten's embryonic egg by high performance liquid chromatograpby (HPLC). Operating conditions are as follows:column, 4.6×250mm Zorbax ODS: column temperature, 40°C, mobile phase, methanol-propanol (75/25): flow rate, 1.0ml/min: UV detector, 280nm the procedure is completed in 12 minutes. The range of, for vitamin E is 95%-105%. The coefficient. of variation is less than 1%. The minimum detec-table concentration is θ0μg/l. This method proved to be useful in food analysis.
