摘要
创新和应对不确定性是企业家的两项核心能力。那么,具有这些能力的潜在企业家是否更愿意创业呢?基于主流创业倾向模型,结合创新创业活动的本质,本文利用1263个样本实证检验了创新能力和不确定性容忍度对潜在企业家创业意愿的影响效应和作用机制。结果表明,创新能力和不确定性容忍度对创业意愿均有显著影响,创业合意性和创业可行性在其间发挥中介作用。不确定性容忍度对创业意愿的形成过程具有双重调节效应,一方面,正向调节创新能力与创业可行性之间的关系;另一方面,负向调节创业可行性与创业倾向之间的关系。这些发现意味着,"大众创业"需要"万众创新"的支撑,创新能力提升是创业活动扩展的条件,为了激发全社会创业活力,提高创业的吸引力和成功率至关重要。创新能力和不确定性容忍度均较高的潜在企业家是高度稀缺的资源,应通过优化创业环境、完善创业支持机制等方式,激励这一群体转变成真正的创业者。
Innovation and dealing with uncertainty are two key tasks entrepreneur ought to do. Then,are the potential entrepreneurs with high capabilities relating to these tasks more inclined to start a new venture? On the base of mainstream entrepreneurial intention models,and by incorporating the natures of innovation and entrepreneurship,this article applies 1263 samples to test the relationship between innovation capability( IC),uncertainty tolerance( UT) and entrepreneurial intention( EI) of potential entrepreneur,and tries to disclose the interactive effects and mechanisms among them. The results show that both IC and UT have significant influences on EI,while entrepreneurial desirability( ED) and feasibility( EF) partly mediates these relationships. UT has double moderating effects on the process through which EI emerges. On the one hand,UT positively moderates the link between IC and EF; on the other hand,UT negatively moderates the relationship between EF and EI. These findings indicate that"popular entrepreneurship"should be based on "nationwide innovation". High level of innovation is a precondition for expansion of entrepreneurial activities in economy. It is important to improve glamour and success rate of self-employment for stimulating entrepreneurial vitality of the whole society. The potential entrepreneurs with high IC and UT are scarce resources. It is meaningful to improve entrepreneurial environment and supportive measures,and motivate them to become real entrepreneurs.
