摘要
为探究孵化器如何为在孵企业提供有效的创业能力支持服务,通过单案例的研究方法,识别了三种孵化器提供的创业能力支持服务,即培训、咨询和社群,并从服务内容和服务方式两个方面探讨了如何提供这三类服务才能更好地提升在孵企业的创业能力。结果表明:培训服务关注创业工具的学习,在讲授、考核等方面引入游戏化元素可以有效提升效果;咨询服务关注创业工具的使用,咨询专家发起的定期汇报和在孵企业发起的随时请教是主要的服务方式;社群服务没有固定内容,在互动渠道、范围和氛围等方面可有多种组合。
In order to explore how incubator provide effective support service for incubated enterprise,through the single case research method,this paper identifies three entrepreneurial ability support services provided by the incubator,including training,consulting and community.And these three services are discussed from the two aspects of service content and service methods.The training service focuses on the learning of entrepreneurial tools,and the introduction of gamification elements in teaching and assessment can effectively improve its effect;consulting services focus on the use of entrepreneurial tools,and regular reporting by consultants and inquiries by the incubation company are the main service methods;community services have no fixed content,and there are many combinations in terms of interactive channels,scope,and atmosphere.
