摘要
新工科建设的深入发展促使我国高等工程教育改革站在了新的历史起点。需要面向创新驱动发展,聚焦行业应用,从新理念、新模式、新质量、新方法、新内容等维度思考新工科教育的基本内容。探索新工科教育及其人才培养范式,致力于建设新工科专业或改造传统工科专业,以培养满足"四业"能力需要的新工科人才。以安徽信息工程学院软件工程专业为改革试点,提出了贯穿培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、教学模式、教学内容、以及培养质量标准所构成的人才培养新范式的全过程,通过校企协同育人实践平台培养工程实践能力,打造第二课堂育人体系。以新工科需求为导向的试点实践,是针对应用型本科院校新工科人才培养模式改革创新的有益探索。
The present new engineering-oriented trend signifies a fresh start for higher engineering education reforms in China.To highlight innovation-driven development strategy and industry application,the basics of new engineering education is deliberated on such dimensions as new concept,new model,new quality,new approach,and new content.This paper undertakes to explore new engineering education and its paradigms,intending to build new engineering majors and transform the traditional engineering majors so as to foster new engineering talents meeting the'four industries'capability needs.Accordingly,an experimental reform of software engineering major in Anhui Institute of Information Technology has carried out,providing a new paradigm consisting of education objectives and models,curriculum system,teaching model and content,and talent-fostering criteria.We have been cultivating students’ability of engineering practice through the practical platform of cooperative education between schools and enterprises,so as to build an education system based on the second class.This experimental reform would be a significant probe into the training mode reform and innovation of new engineering talents for application-oriented universities and colleges.
