摘要
现代学徒制是深化校企合作,推进工学结合的有效途径。本文基于我校汽车专业的现代学徒制实践,分析了试点的意义价值、现状和困境,总结了实践中的对策,提出了改革建议,为进一步创新该模式积累了经验,也对其它专业具有一定的借鉴和推广作用。
Modern Apprenticeship is an effective way to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation and to promote the workstudy combination.Based on practicing at Zhongshan Polytechnic,this paper analyses the value,status quo and trouble of the pilot,summarizes the countermeasures in practice,and puts forward some suggestions for its further reform.These accumulated experiences will benefit other specialties.
