摘要
本文从跨文化视角分析高职高专旅游英语专业学生在涉外酒店服务实习中的交际能力。实践证明,旅游服务实习是培养旅游英语专业学生跨文化交际能力的重要途径,实践教学不仅提高了学生的实际操作能力,也提高了学生的跨文化交际能力。学生在实习中体验到了不同文化的存在,学会处理由不同文化差异引起的具体问题,实现了从校园文化到企业文化、社会文化的过渡。
From the cross-cultural perspective, analyzed tourism vocational English majors' communicative competence in foreign internship in hotel services. Practice has proved that tourism services practice is to develop tourism English majors intercultural communicative competences in an important way, the practice of teaching not only improve the students 'prac-tical skills, but also to improve the students' intercultural communicative competence. Student internship experience to the existence of different cultures, learn to deal with the specific problems caused by cultural differences, to achieve the transition from the campus culture to cooperate culture, and society culture.
