摘要
近几年,工商管理教学创新取得了一定成果,但依旧存在问题。本文通过对工商管理教学现状的分析,发掘出工商管理专业教学内容尚未贯穿创新创业教学理念的问题以及该问题带来的消极影响,分析该问题产生的原因,并在建构主义理论基础上提出通过创业学习提高创新能力培养创业精神的教学理念,同时提出以内化教师对建构主义创新理念的理解并实践及建构主义创新教学理念引领教学方式改革来贯彻该理念,以解决前述问题。
In recent years, the teaching innovation of business administration has made some achievements, but there are still some problems. This paper analyses the current situation of business management teaching, dig out the negative influence of professional teaching of business administration has not yet been through innovation of teaching idea and the problems, analyze the causes of the problem, and based on constructionist theory proposed by business learning to improve the innovation ability of entrepreneurship teaching concept, put forward at the same time in order to internalize their understanding of the concept of constructivism innovation and practice innovation and constructivism teaching philosophy lead the reform of teaching methods to implement this concept, to solve the problem.
