摘要
在大学生广泛使用微信软件的背景下,分析在高校建立心理健康微信公众平台的必要性和可行性,在此基础上探索建立和有效使用心理健康微信公众平台的方法,为进一步提高高校心理健康教育实效性提供借鉴。
At present, WeChat software is widely used by college students. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building the WeChat Public Platform about mental health in the University. And on this basis it ex-plores the methods of building and using the WeChat Public Platform effectively which can provide reference for improving the university mental health education effectiveness furtherly .
