摘要
本文针对现有建设工程合同管理系统决策支持功能相对薄弱的现状,通过武汉市城市轨道交通建设项目总控支持系统的开发实践,探索合同管理系统中的共性问题,提出了大型建设工程项目合同管理决策支持体系的设计思路及实施方案,开发了具有决策支持功能的合同管理系统:合同立项预警、合同结构设计决策、合同管理日常工作提示、进度款支付辅助决策、工程索赔预警和合同诊断。
This paper studies the common problems in decision support functions of contract management and presents some ideas and resolutions about developing a decision support system for the contract management of large construction projects. The paper also develops a contract management system that has such decision support functions as an early warning of the contract initiation, contract structure designing decision support, everyday job prompts, schedule fund payment decision support, early warning of the counterclaim and the contract diagnosis. Much of the discussion is derived from the author' s work on Wuhan Drtp_Pcss.
