摘要
阐述了建设工程施工合同管理的重要性,对目前建设工程合同管理中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并从多方面提出了相应的施工合同管理对策,以确保建设工程施工合同的管理进一步完善。
The importance of the management of constructi on contract is elaborated. According to the problems existed based upon analysis c orresponding countermeasures are presented in order to perfect construction cont ract management for building project.
