摘要
本文综合运用决策支持系统、人工智能、模糊集、神经网络等理论方法,提出了武汉市发展水平综合评价的指标体系,给出了智能型武汉市发展水平综合评价支持系统(IWCESS)的基本结构模式,描述了IWCESS中各个组成部分的功能,介绍了IWCESS中综合信息查询子系统、城市发展水平综合评价子系统、政策模拟子系统的设计特点,讨论了IWCESS的实现技术与方法,给出了IWCESS的应用实例。整个IWCESS原型系统已在IBM微型机上实现。
By comprehensively using the theory and methods of decision support systems,artificial intelligence, fuzzy sets, neural networks, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system of development level of Wuhan city, presents the basic structure framework of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation support system of development level of Wuhan city (IWCESS),describes the function of each part of IWCESS, introduces the design characteristics of the comprehensive information query subsystem,the comprehensive evaluation subsystem of city development level, and the policy simulation subsystem, discusses the implementation techniques and methods of IWCESS,and gives the application example of IWCESS. The prototype system of the whole IWCESS has been implemented in IBM microcomputers in Turbo C, Faxbase+ and FORTRAN 77 languages.
