摘要
随着我国高等教育由"精英教育"向"大众化教育"转变,全国50%的本科高校将自己定位为应用技术型大学。2016年,我国颁布了《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》,提出国家发展要分三步走:第一步是,到2020年进入创新型国家;第二步是,到2030年跻身创新型国家前列;第三步是,到2050年建成世界科技创新强国。国家的创新关键在于大学生,创新能力是大学生亟须提高的综合素质之一。经过对应用型本科高校人才培养的调研,制订培养和提升大学生创新能力的立体化方案,构建创新人格、创新思维、创新能力三位一体的培养模式,能够营造良好的教育环境,从根本上培养和提升大学生的创新能力。
About 50% of universities in China have determined to orient themselves to application when higher education in China turns from'elite education'to'mass education'. In 2016,a 3-step strategy was put forward in the Outline of the National Strategy of Innovation-driven Developmeny,of which the first is to make China an innovation-oriented nation in 2020,the second to make China one of the top innovation-oriented countries in 2030,and the third to make China a world power in scientific and technical innovation in 2050. Since univeristy students play a key role in national innovation and they have to improve their innovation capability,the paper below presented a cubic program on innovation capability and a talent cultivation mode incorporating innovation-oriented personality,way of thinking and capability on the basis of a survey in application-oriented universities,which is able to develop and improve university students’ capability of innovation in a good educational environment.
