摘要
七年级学生的时间管理能力亟须提高。有效的学习时间管理不仅可以提升学生的学业成绩、增强其自主学习能力,还可以提高学生的心理素质,促进其身心健康和谐地发展。学校主导下的对七年级学生进行时间管理能力的培养,可以从调研学生时间管理现状,强化学生的时间管理意识,落实时间管理行动,突破时间管理难点以及家校合作、持续跟进地推动时间管理落地扎根几种途径出发,引导学生科学、合理地管理学习时间。
Grade-Seven students’ ability of time management urgently needs to be improved. Effective management of learning time can not only improve students’ academic achievements and strengthen their autonomous learning competence but also heighten their mental quality to promote the harmonious development in mind and body. School-directed cultivation of students’ ability of time management may start with investigating students’ status quo of time management, reinforcing their awareness, carrying out the action, breaking the di? cult points, and continuously promoting the realization of time management, guiding them to manage their time scienti? cally and appropriately.
