摘要
报导了以牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）为样品，对改良ｌｏｗｒｙ法ＣＢＢ法，改良Ｂｏｒａｔｙｎｓｋｉ法、胶体金法、Ｓｍｉｔｈ法等五种微量蛋白质测定方法的灵敏度、稳定性、干扰因素及操作简单程度进行了比较．
The paper gives a detailed comparison of five methods to determine microprotein in BSA。They are Lowrry Method, CBB Method,Modified Boratynski Method,Colloidal gold staining and Smith Method.The paper compares their sensitive,stability,interfering substances and easiness to operate one by one。
