摘要
蛋白质测定在生命科学研究领域中有着重要意义,论述了蛋白质测定的主要方法,评价了各种蛋白质测定方法的技术特点和适用范围。
Protein determination is important in life science research. This paper reviewed the methods used in determination of protein. The advantage and suitability among the methods were evaluated.
