摘要 介绍了一种性能优异的非接触式机械密封———螺旋槽上游泵送机械密封。讨论了操作参数 ,端面结构参数对密封性能的影响规律。利用优化理论对螺旋槽上游泵送机械密封端面参数进行优化设计。 In this paper, principles of spiral groove upstream pumping mechanical seals are introduced Next, spiral groove upstream pumping mechanical seal is analyzed and calculated for geometry optimization purpose At last, the optimum curves are drawn according to optimum results, which show mutual effects of operating parameters, geometric parameters and seal performances
