摘要
介绍了浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封的基本结构和工作原理,并对其结构参数和工况参数进行了优化,优化采用非线性、单目标、单参数的方法。优化结果表明:结构参数和工况参数对浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封的性能影响很大,随着槽深的增加,泄漏量减小而刚度增加;而随着槽数、密封压差、轴颈线速度的增加,泄漏量增大而刚度下降。因此在实际工作中,应该根据实际的工况条件综合考虑、设计结构参数,最大限度地减小密封泄漏,提高密封的综合性能。
The basic structure and working mechanism of the shallow-slot split floating ring were introduced. Parameters optimization, including the variables optimization of structure and operation, were conducted by using the general engineering method-nonlinear, single objective and one-parameter optimization. The results indicate that the structure and operation parameters have strong influence on the sealing performance. The leakage rate is decreased and the static stiffness is increased as the slot-depth increased. When the number of slot, pressure difference of sealing and the velocity of bearing are increased, the leakage rate is increased and the stiffness is decreased. In order to get the lowest leakage rate and improve the sealing performance,the structure parameters should be synthesized according to the working condition.
