摘要
为找出适用于不同工况条件下的上游泵送机械密封,对中间开槽、双列同向、双列反向3种槽型的上游泵送机械密封在不同工况下进行了试验研究并对试验数据进行比较分析,得到了相应的密封工作性能(泄漏量、端面温升、摩擦功耗、上游泵送量)与端面槽型、弹簧压力以及介质压力等因素之间的关系。
To find out upstream pumping mechanical seal applied to different working conditions, the basic performance of seal researched and developed between different structural forms, such as leakage, end face temperature rise, friction power loss. The upstream pumping amount was studied and compared as well.
