胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效分析被引量：3

摘要目的:仔细观察并总结分析胰岛素不同给药方式治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:临床抽取我院2013年5月至2014年5月间接诊的88例妊娠糖尿病患者,根据国际随机字母排列法将病例分为观察组与对照组,各为44例,分别采取胰岛素泵和皮下注射胰岛素治疗法,对照分析两组病例临治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)的变化情况,同时对比两组并发症发生率。结果:经疗效评估,观察组治疗后的FPG、2 h PG、Hb Alc各项指标均明显低于对照组,同时各项母婴并发症的发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过临床对照试验,胰岛素泵给药方式对于治疗妊娠糖尿病疗效更为显著,能够将妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖控制在合理范围内,并有效降低母婴并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。
