摘要
釜式蒸发器的结构特点为:筒体变径、支座非对称布置、存在集中载荷,故无法直接引用JB/T 4731《钢制卧式容器》对其危险截面处筒体的局部应力进行计算。利用材料力学的基本原理并结合其结构及受力特点给出该类型卧式容器危险截面处筒体应力的计算检验方法以满足强度要求,保证设备的正常运行。
The structuralfeatures of kettle-type evaporator are that there are different diameter sized cylinders, asymmetricallocated saddles and concentrated load, thus the localstress in the criticalsection of the horizontalvesselcannot be calculated by using the methods in JB/T 4731. In this article, by using the fundamentalprinciple in materialstrength and combined with the structure and loading characteristics, the method for calculating and checking the stresses in the criticalsections in this kind of vesselwas presented, with which the strength required can be reached and the equipment can be operated in safety.
