摘要
对3kW R404A/CO2制冷系统(CO2作为载冷剂)的CO2翅片管式蒸发器及套管式蒸发冷凝器的结构进行初步设计分析,对比不同管径、不同管排数等因素对蒸发器性能的影响,以及各种情况下换热器所消耗的铜、铝的体积的差距,在满足换热要求的基础上对蒸发器及蒸发冷凝器进行优化,得出较经济的结构。由于CO2的管内冷凝换热系数与干度有关,对蒸发冷凝器的设计提出简化计算方法。
Calculates and analyzes the evaporator and the evaporative condenser of 3 kW R404A/CO2 refrigeration system(CO2 as low temperature secondary refrigerant). Based on the requirement of heat transfer, optimizes the design of the two equipments by comparing the effect of diameter and the number of tube row. At the same time, calculates the mass volume of copper and aluminum which are used in the heat exchanger. As to the design of evaporative condenser, the inner heat transfer coefficient of CO2 is related to the dryness, proposes a simplified method of calculation.
