摘要
低压大直径双鞍座卧式容器设计时常因鞍座边角处应力超过控制值而需要调整设计方案鞍座平面上的部分筒体加厚,封头和中间筒体用薄板的不等壁厚方案是解决上述问题的一种探索可灵活使用软件完成设计方案的校核过程这种设计方案节约了材料。
In the design of low pressure large diameter horizontal vessel, it is often neeessary to change the design scheme in view of the fact that the limit for the stress at the horn of saddles is beyond. For solving the problem, by using some software, the method of increasing the thickness of cylinder only at the saddle location can he applied. With this method material is saved. In this article, with one practical example, this melhod was presented.
