剪叶对不同穗型水稻物质积累及转运的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Clipping Source Treatment on Panicle Rice Variety of Dry Matter Accumulation and Transportation

摘要 为了探究剪叶处理对不同穗型水稻(Oryza sative L.)品种干物质积累及转运的影响,以直立穗突变体R1338、R334和弯曲穗野生型R498为试验材料,采用完全随机设计,研究比较直立穗和弯曲穗经剪叶后对其干物质积累及转运、穂部性状的影响。不同穗型水稻,经不同剪叶处理后,从灌浆期至成熟期,所有试材各器官干重均下降,但直立穗各器官干重均高于弯曲穗;剪倒一叶后直立穗的输出率高于弯曲穗,分别比弯曲穗高7.45%、103.21%,剪倒二叶后弯曲穗输出率高于直立穗,分别比R1338、R334高57.04%、10.82%;剪叶后结实率和粒重都有一定幅度的降低,但与弯曲穗相比,直立穗降低幅度较小,从剪叶处理与对照(不剪叶)比较发现,剪倒一叶对弯曲穗粒重影响较大,而剪倒二叶对直立穗粒重变化影响较大。 In order to explore the clipping source treatment on panicle rice variety of dry matter accumulation and transportation,we chose erect panicle mutant R1338,R334 and bending wild-type R498 as experimental materials,studying erect and bending panicle after leaf clipping treatment on dry matter accumulation and transfer,the influence of the panicle appearance with completely random design. Different panicle type of rice after different clipping source treatment,from full panicle stage to maturity,the organs dry weight of all materials are decreased, but the erect panicle organs dry weight are higher than that of bending panicle. After cutting down the bottom leaf,the erect panicle output rate is higher than that of bending panicle,respectively,the number is 7.45% and 103.21%. And after cutting down the penultimate leaf,the bending panicle output rate is higher than that of erect panicle,and higher than R1338,R334 respectively 57.04%,10.82%. After the clipping source treatment,the seed setting rate and grain weight has certain decreasing amplitude,but compared with the bending panicle, the decreasing amplitude of erect panicle is smaller,from the source treatment we can find that,cutting down the bottom has a greater influence on grain weight of the bending panicle,however,the penultimate leaf has a greater influence on grain weight of the erect panicle.
